How long it takes
Every mural is printed for your wall after you order it, so there is a making stage before there is a shipping stage. Printing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 2–7 business days with UPS or FedEx, free to every country we ship to.
If the number will not work
The number is on the confirmation email, above the list of what you bought. Both it and the email address have to match that order — we cannot look one up from the other, which is exactly what stops anyone else reading your address. If the email never arrived, check the spam folder first and then write to us.
Something arrived damaged
Photograph it before you do anything else, including unrolling the rest, and send us the photographs. A print that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded in full, not argued about. Every print is made to order for one wall, just for you, so it can’t be sent back for a change of mind; seeing a colour before you commit is what a sample is for.
