Privacy policy

You give us:

We collect automatically:

• Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type
• Whether an email we sent was opened or a link in it was clicked

We never see your full card number. Payment details go directly to our payment provider, which returns a token and the last four digits so we can identify the transaction.

• To take payment, print, pack and deliver your order
• To send transactional email: confirmation, proofs, tracking, delivery
• To answer questions, handle returns and resolve problems
• To reprint an order you place again, from the file we hold
• To keep the site working, diagnose faults and prevent fraud
• To understand which pages and designs people use, in aggregate
• To send marketing email, only if you asked for it

We do not use automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

Transactional email is not optional while an order is live; you need the tracking number. Marketing email always is.

We share the minimum needed with service providers who work on our behalf, under contract, and who may not use your information for their own purposes:

• Payment processing. Your payment details, directly.
• Shipping carriers (UPS and FedEx). Name, address, phone, and the parcel details.
• Email delivery. Email address and message content.
• Hosting and infrastructure. Whatever the site stores.
• Analytics. Usage data, aggregated.
• Review platform. Name, email and order reference to send the request.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of it; you would be told before that happened.

Strictly necessary. Your cart, your session, checkout state and security. The site does not work without these and they cannot be switched off.

Preferences. Your unit setting, inches or centimeters, recently viewed designs, whether you dismissed the announcement bar.

Analytics. Aggregate page and traffic data so we can see which pages are failing people.

Marketing. Only if you consent, and used to measure whether an ad led to an order.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and checkout.

Global Privacy Control. We honor it: whenever your browser sends the signal, marketing cookies stay off, whatever is chosen in our cookie settings. Analytics remains your choice.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Access a copy of it
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting
• Opt out of marketing at any time
• Opt out of any sale or sharing for advertising, which we do not do anyway
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these

To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We will verify who you are, usually by asking you to write from the address on the order, and respond within 45 days.

Uploaded artwork. We keep your file so you can reorder. Ask us to delete it and we will, though we cannot reprint that order afterwards without a fresh upload.

Marketing email. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

Security. The site runs over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. Payment data never reaches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Where data is held. In the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed there.

Children. This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and we will delete it if we discover we have.

We will update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Material changes are announced by email to anyone on the list.
