Reviews are the closest thing to seeing a mural in someone else's room. We collect them after delivery, publish the critical ones alongside the positive ones, and mark clearly when a rating is seed content rather than a verified purchase.

Who gets asked, what we publish, and what a star rating on this site does and does not mean.
How reviews are collected
We email a review request a set number of days after delivery, timed so that you have had a chance to hang the mural rather than just open the tube.
- Only people who bought the product are asked.
- The request links to that specific order, so a review cannot be left for something that was not purchased.
- Reviews are marked Verified purchase when they come through that link.
- You can add photos, and photo reviews are the ones other customers find most useful.
We do not pay for reviews, offer discounts in exchange for them, or ask anyone to change one.
What we publish and what we do not
We publish every review that is about the product or the service, including the ones that are not flattering. A one-star review about a color that did not match the screen is useful information, and hiding it would make the other reviews worth less.
We remove only:
- personal information, including addresses, phone numbers and order numbers
- abuse, hate speech and threats
- spam, competitor promotion and off-topic content
- anything that appears not to relate to a real order
If we edit a review, it is to redact personal information and nothing else. We do not rewrite wording or soften criticism.
If you left a review and we got something wrong, reply to the review email and we will fix it.
How ratings work on product pages
The star rating on a product page is the average of the reviews for that specific design, across all materials and sizes.
Some ratings on this site are seed content, written to populate the catalog before real reviews existed. Those are flagged in the data and are never published as structured data to search engines, so they cannot appear as a rich result or a star rating in search.
That distinction matters. A rating you see next to a product is either from real buyers or clearly marked as placeholder content, and we will not blur the line between them.
As real reviews arrive for a design, the seed entries are retired rather than averaged in.
Writing a useful review
If you are about to write one, the things other customers most want to know:
- Which material you chose and which wall it went on. A five-star Peel & Stick review on a smooth primed wall means something different from the same review on textured plaster.
- How the color compared to the screen, and whether you ordered a sample first.
- How the install went. How long it took, whether you had help, anything that surprised you.
- A photo of the finished wall, taken in daylight if you can, from far enough back to show the whole thing.
- Anything that went wrong, and what happened when you told us.
That last one is the most useful of the five. We would much rather the record showed what we do when something fails.
Common questions
Open the tube and check every panel before you hang anything. If a panel is creased, scuffed, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging. We replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you. Once a defective panel has been hung we can no longer replace it.
Samples are meant to be taped up, peeled off and lived with for a few days, so they are not taken back. At $13.99 each, or $7.00 each for 4 or more, they are the cheapest way to avoid a mural you do not love. If a sample arrives damaged or the wrong material, tell us and we will send a replacement.
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address. An account is optional: it keeps the orders you place while signed in, your saved addresses and your details in one place. Any order, placed as a guest or not, can be followed on the order tracking page with its order number and email.
