By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not order.

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the business is registered.

Registered entity name and mailing address are published in the site footer and on order confirmations.

An order is an offer. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Until then we may decline it, for example if a price was displayed wrongly or a product is unavailable.

Prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay: shipping is free and every order is delivered duty paid. Prices can change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you ordered.

Obvious errors. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you and either cancel or offer the corrected price.

Discount codes. One per order, not combinable, subject to the terms of the promotion they came from, and not applicable after an order is placed.

Colors on screen. Screens differ and no screen matches print exactly. We describe colors as accurately as we can and we sell samples so you can check before ordering. A color difference between your screen and the printed material is not a fault.

Age. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Murals and custom uploads are made to your specification. They are printed once, for one wall, and cannot be resold.

Because they are made only for you, they can’t be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Where they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we replace them or refund them in full.

Cancellation. You can cancel or change a made-to-measure order at no cost any time before it goes to print, which can be as soon as the next business day after you order, or after you approve a proof for a custom upload. Email us. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Measurements are yours. We print the width and height you enter, at any size, with a trim allowance on every edge at no charge; you supply the wall size. A mural that does not fit because the wall was measured incorrectly is not a fault and is not refundable. If you are unsure, read how to measure or email us before ordering.

Proofs. For custom uploads, the approved proof is the specification. Once you approve it, that is what we print.

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. We ship with UPS and FedEx and choose the service on the day the order is packed.

Timings are estimates. Printing typically takes 1–3 business days and delivery 2–7 business days after that. Carrier delays, customs, weather and public holidays are outside our control, and a late delivery within a reasonable period does not entitle you to cancel a made-to-measure order.

Delivered duty paid. Every order ships DDP: we pay any import duties and taxes due in the destination country, and nothing is collected from you on delivery.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment clears in full.

Address accuracy is yours. We ship to the address you enter. A parcel delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you is not refundable, though we will help you trace it.

Inspect on arrival. Check every panel before hanging. Report damage within 14 days of delivery with photos. Anything that has been hung is treated as accepted.

Made to order. Everything we sell, samples included, is printed to your order and made only for you, so it can’t be returned for a change of mind.

Damage and faults. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, the wrong size or not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos, before hanging it. We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within about five business days.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Your uploads. You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant us the license needed to produce, reprint and store your order. By uploading you confirm you own the image or have permission to reproduce it at wall size.

You are responsible for that. We cannot print copyrighted photographs, unlicensed stock, film or TV artwork, sports marks or other brands' logos. We may refuse and refund any upload we believe infringes someone's rights, and you agree to cover any claim brought against us that arises from artwork you supplied.

Our content. The designs, photography, copy and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Buying a mural licenses you to install and display that printed mural. It does not transfer the design, and it does not permit reproducing, reselling or redistributing the artwork.

Reviews you post may be published on the site and in marketing, with personal details redacted. You keep ownership of what you write.

Acceptable use. Do not scrape the site, interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to break the law.

What we are responsible for. Supplying the goods you ordered, to the specification you approved, in the condition described.

What we are not responsible for. Installation. We publish detailed instructions and we will answer questions, but we are not present at the install. Damage caused by hanging on an unsuitable wall, on uncured paint, with incorrect preparation or with the wrong material for the surface is not a product fault. Read the installation guide before you start.

Limitation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including decorating costs, installer fees, lost time or lost business.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Disputes. Contact us first. Most things are resolved in one email. If they are not, these terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the business is registered, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.

Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
